Symptoms
On : 24.A.14 version, API
We identified an increase in errors 500 for calls to the outbound API.

"You don't have permission for this action"
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Call any method of the Outbound API in OFS, for example set_message_status.
2. The error is received with a description: "You don't have permission for this action"
BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Status for Outbound messages are not updated in OFS.
