Symptoms

A BI Publisher report query is taking longer than expected to finish. This issue seems to have arisen after the recent 24A upgrade. The BI Publisher Query takes around 60 seconds to return 5 rows while if we run that exact same query in the sql servlet it only takes 8 seconds to pull all rows.
