Fusion Global HR: Position EFF Fields Are Not Displayed in the Notification Template after Requesting a Position Change (Doc ID 3024604.1)

Symptoms

The Position EFF fields do not display in the notification received after requesting a Position Change, even though:

  1. The EFF fields are configured on the Position Details page and being updated during the Request Position Change transaction.
  2. The EFF fields are included in the seeded UpdatePositionReport RTF notification template.
