Purpose
Configure And Troubleshoot Object Storage Delivery In OAC BI Publisher
The Object Storage Service is an Internet-Scale, High-Performance Storage Platform that offers Reliable and Cost-Efficient Data Durability. The Object Storage Service can store an Unlimited amount of Unstructured data of any content type including analytics data and rich content like Images and Videos. OCI Object Storage is a file delivery channel just like FTP, SFTP, WebDAV, Content Server (WCC) and Content and Experience (ODCS). We support file (report output) delivery to the target server in the same way as other delivery channels.
Pre-Requisites
On OCI side, please make sure that the user connecting from BIP to Object Storage have the following IAM permissions.
- OBJECTSTORAGE_NAMESPACE_READ
- BUCKET_READ
- BUCKET_INSPECT
- OBJECT_READ
- OBJECT_OVERWRITE
- OBJECT_CREATE
- OBJECT_DELETE
- OBJECT_INSPECT
- COMPARTMENT_INSPECT
- TENANCY_INSPECT
