When copying or creating a role, the error below is received:

"An application error has occurred. Your help desk can use the following information to obtain a more detailed description of this incident <INCIDENT NUMBER>, Server Domaim FADomain. Server Instance: <UI_SERVER_#>, Application Name: ORA_HCM_UIAPP"
