Capacity Category Quota Values Are Switched After Upgrade To 24B (Doc ID 3024774.1)

Symptoms

It seems there is an issue with the Used Quota values which are showing wrong values. The Capacity Category "A" Used Quota is showing for Capacity Category "B" and vice versa.
