On : 11.13.24.01.0 version, New Item Requests and Change Orders

Not able to change item class for item due to change order

Change Item Class action cannot be completed because Item ###### has pending changed (EGP-2775665)
Item pending changes can include future effective revisions, versions, change order, or structure components. Cancel all pending item changes to complete this action.
