Oracle Analytics Report Fails with "java.math.BigInteger cannot be cast to java.math.BigDecimal" Error (Doc ID 3025281.1)

Symptoms

Oracle Analytics reports fails with below error when including columns that are of BigInteger Datatype in source and defined as Varchar(30) in the RPD.
The same report works fine in on-premise OBIEE but errors out in OAC.
