On : NA version, Merch - Foundation
Future cost Engine process failed with below error for event Franchise cost in Prod env.
Mode of event run type is "ASYNC".
ERROR

“@0RECORD_LOCKED@1FUTURE_COST@2cost change event id” and impacted records are ~9k records at item/location level,
Steps
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1: Processed the franchise cost by running the FCOSTTMPLUPLD/FCOSTMPLPROCESS Job.
2: Verified the stage table records processed without and Rejects/Unprocessed.
3: Future cost engine is configured to run in ASYNC mode.
4: Verify the data in cost_event_result table.
