Build Is Breaking After Installing Certain Packages (Doc ID 3025562.1)

Goal

When  trying to install some package for the CPQ setup (using documentation) there is  one that is not working as the build is braking because a function in node modules does not exist :-
mergeConfiguration - this mergeConfiguration does not seem to exist in utils/transform/index.js and that is why it is breaking.
