24A : ErpIntegrationService - ExportBulkData Does Not Upload 0 Byte BIP Related File Into Zip File to UCM (Doc ID 3025644.1)

Actual Behavior
After 24A, after running Soap API : ErpIntegrationService (Operation:ExportBulkData) to run custom BIP ESS Job, the zip file uploaded to UCM no longer include BIP related file with file size : 0 byte.

Fact
1. Before 24A, zip file which was uploaded to UCM from custom BIP ESS Job which was initiated from Soap API : ErpIntegrationService (Operation:ExportBulkData) included BIP related file with file size : 0 byte

Steps
1. Run Soap API : ErpIntegrationService (Operation:ExportBulkData) to trigger custom BIP ESS Job which run BIP report which does not fetch any data
2. ESS Job : Upload Interface Error and Job Output File to Universal Content Management uploads zip file (ExportBulkData_XXXXXXX_<Request ID>.zip) that includes custom BIP ESS Job log and BIP related file
3. Download the zip file and unzip the file. There is no BIP related file with file size : 0 byte included.
