Symptoms

In OTM, Equipment Fleet Action 'Copy Equipment' is NOT Auto Populating the 'Equipment Type' Field Value on the New Equipment Data Entry Prompt.

When a User selects an existing equipment and click on Action---> Fleet management--Utilities--> Copy Equipment , the new prompt/screen that comes up is blank.

It is expected that Equipment Type should be copied from the original equipment.
