"Assigned To" Field Dont Fetch Any Record (Doc ID 3025732.1)

Symptoms

When agents intend to assign a Service Request to a new agent. For some reason, the "Assign to" the field does not fetch any agents.

 

Steps to reproduce the issue

1. Go to Help Desk Request.

2. Drilldown into a Service Request and click Edit.

3. On the Assign To field.

4. When trying to change to another agent, does not fetch any agents.

5. The same issue was reported when the transfer page and then trying to use the Assign To field.
