Symptoms
On : 11.13.24.04.0 version, Global Human Resources
The report is created in BI to capture physical signature in the signed document which is opened from Journey task. When the Journey task is opened by performer and fills in the required details and provides physical signature and clicks on 'view signed document' link, the document opens but the physical sign does not appear. Some random value shows up against physical sign field in the report.
