Symptoms

DAMS 24.4.1

DAMS Workflow is getting failed in the final step - post checker Level 4 Approval.
The adjustment stays in 'Approved' Status and when we verify on the 'Audit log' in the Adjustment summary page - it is showing as - 'Failed' in the - 'Post Adjustment' Action step.

The workflow PMF process showing status as 'COMPLETED'
