Symptoms

Actual Behavior
After a purchase order is cancelled, retroactive price adjustment is created even though there is not any change on purchase order price.

Expected Behavior
Retroactive price adjustment is not created when there is not any change on purchase order price.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Submit a purchase order with Price = 140 (Inclusive tax:12)
  2. Receive the purchase order and deliver it to inventory.
  3. Return to Vendor
  4. Receive & Deliver PO
  5. Receive the purchase order again and deliver it to inventory.
  6. Cancel the purchase order.
  7. Transfer Transactions from Receipt to Costing.
  8. Create Receipt Accounting Distributions.
  9. Review Receipt Accounting Distributions and search records for the purchase order.
