 Steps to purge cache using BI-JDBC tool
 Download and Unzip BI-JDBC-ONPREM.zip file
 Copy bijdbc-all.jar from Oracle Analytics Server Home
 Update BI-JDBC-ONPREM/props/bijdbc.properties file
 Execute purgeoascache.sh script to purge your OAS instance cache
 Update default ODBC function call in BI-JDBC-ONPREM/props/sapurgecache.txt file (Optional)
