Goal

Qn1: We need to plan DR to another cloud. We need to know the recommended approach along with the switchover process. What is the best way to set up the DR, we need DR configuration steps with switchover steps as well.
 
Qn2: In the case of outbound replication how the fallback would happen from the other cloud? If another cloud takes over DR will become Primary. When OCI is ready to be primary again how it will fallback? Is there any process or guideline?
