validating the newly generated RT cases and observed that the transaction action is blank and is not allowing to add

Steps to Reproduce: Got o I-Hub and open cs RT case and open Transaction

Actual Behavior: Not able to add new transaction

Expected Behavior: Transacions are invalid for CS cases
