On : 11.13.24.04.0 version, Project Forecast

Unable to Update and Save records in Manage Project Forecast using Edit Period Accounts Option

ERROR

"27101.oracle.apps.fnd.applcore.messages.FndMessagesUtil$FndMapResourceBundl".

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. User is trying to update project forecast in Oracle projects module and when he is going into the tool update the amounts and try to save is getting an error message

"27101.oracle.apps.fnd.applcore.messages.FndMessagesUtil$FndMapResourceBundl". I have attached the error message.
