On : 11.13.24.04.0 version, HCM Security (Security Profiles, Users, Roles)
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
You have created a new role based off a seeded role, added a person security profile to have an exclusion rule. When adding an exclusion rule, the Include future people option is no longer available. When searching for future dated hires, those hires are not found.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect to be able to search on future hires.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Create a new role based off a seeded role > add a person security profile with an exclusion role. Attempt to search for future dated hires > those records are not found
