ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Once an activity is completed in Oracle Field Service (OFS), not all information is reflected on Service Logistics.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
All information on OFS activity to be reflected on Service Logistics

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create an activity in Service Logistics and wait until its Work Order (WO) is generated in OFS.
2. Start the WO, use Debrief plugin to add charges, and complete activity
3. Check Service Logistics has no charges to the activity

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot generate debrief invoice after activity is completed in Service Logistics.
