RecInvoiceService Soap Service not Inserting All DFF Attributes with DOO Context in the RA_INTERFACE_DISTRIBUTIONS_ALL Table (Doc ID 3026753.1)

Last updated on JUNE 03, 2024

Applies to:

Oracle Fusion Receivables Cloud Service - Version 11.13.24.01.0 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
The RecInvoiceService soap service is used to insert the distribution records in the RA_INTERFACE_DISTRIBUTIONS_ALL table for the interfaced lines with source Distributed Order Orchestration.

However, the DFF segments from used payload, are not matching with the DFF segments (attributes) populated in the RA_INTERFACE_LINES_ALL table. Order Type (Interface_line_attribute4) is missing.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect the distribution rows to be generated by the web service with the same Interface_lines_attributes values as per related interface transactions lines.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Populate the interface transaction lines from DOO
2. Use RecInvoiceService to generate the interface distribution rows for the interfaced DOO lines.
