Symptoms

MFP_COM_HIER_IMP_RDX_D_JOB failed. The POM log showed "ORA-06512: at "RPAS_BATCH_PDS.RP_G_INTF_UTIL_PKG".  After getting the deeper level logs from the application OAT Package Logs task (OAT task -->SR admin Task -->Package logs --> Copy OAT task logs - Select the Batch failure for relevant job, then retrieve from Object Storage), it could be seen that the error was "ORA-06508: PL/SQL: could not find program unit being called ORA-06512: at "RPAS_BATCH_PDS.RP_G_INTF_UTIL_PKG"".
