Unable to Create Part Order in Redwood Service Request (Doc ID 3026761.1)

Symptoms

User cannot add Parts Order in Redwood Service. While in SR and click manage part orders see

unable to find endpoint

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to redwood service center
2. Open a service request detail
3. In the part order section click Manage Part Order
4. Receive exception error in Rest call and see loading under Part Order section
