FDI: Instance Termination Does Not Work (Doc ID 3026852.1)

Symptoms

According to FDI termination document ,  try to terminate an FAW instance and the UI comes up with the modal asking to confirm, you put in the instance name, click terminate and nothing happens. and there is not any pending work requests either.
