Symptoms

Unable to save Shipment CDA for store-to-store orders using saveTransferShipment API

We have created a shipment CDA which is being populated using saveTransferShipment SOAP API. We are successfully able to call API and store CFA info in the tsf_ship_cda table if the destination type is a warehouse, however, web service is throwing an error if the destination type is 'Store'.

1. Creating a transfer shipment from store to store
2. Save transfer shipment:
3. Notice the validation errors
