ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Assignment not happening on Deals and also Deal submitted is not going through approval process.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigator > Sales > Deal Registrations

2. open any deal, click to Submit for Approval
