On : 11.13.24.01.0 version, Queues
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Customer is having an issue assigning managers to SR queues. They have the Sales Manager role, but even if they switch it to Service Manager it also cannot be found from the search in the assign resources to queue screen.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect to assign the expected Resources to the queue
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in Service -> Queue
2. Select a Queue and click Add Resources
3. Enter a Role and click Search
