Are Warehouses Sent in ORGANIZATION.csv? (Doc ID 3027121.1)

Goal

Consider scenario:

We made a change to ORGANIZATION.csv to have two values for CHAIN (ORG_13_HIER_NUM/DESC) instead of just one. So '1' would be 'Chain1' and '2' would be 'Chain2'. We sent the updated ORGANIZATION.csv file through batch; however, when I look at W_PDS_ORGANIZATION_D, under the columns CHAIN and CHAIN_NAME, I see multiple values and not just Chain1 and Chain2.
