Symptoms
Upgraded EPM Integration Agent.
After that the integrations started failing with the error "EPM agent failed to extract data" message in the process log.
There were no errors in the agent log files and no issues with polling.
There were no .dat files getting created in the EPM_APP_DATA_HOME\data folder
