ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Journeys was Force Closed by someone without access to do so
See two journeys which are showing as 'Force Closed', they have been 'Completed' by managers who do not have access to force close journeys.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
When no access, performer should not be able to force close the journey
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Internal transfer Journey allocated to line manager automatically > Seeing the Journey task status as Force Completed.
