Return Ship-To In ModernView Doesn't Recognize The "return Disposition' Drop Down Is Selected (Doc ID 3027266.1)

In Modern View, why doesn't OACS recognize the "return disposition' drop down is auto selected? Instead it throws an error during a return.

ERROR MESSAGE

'Return processed before requesting data"


DUPLICATION STEPS
-------------------------------

1. Go into Modern View and try to do a full order return on a closed order.
2. Select "Return Ship-To"
3. Select the "Return Reason"
4. you will see the 'Return Disposition' is auto populated
5. Select "Return"
 "return processed before requesting data' error.

RESULTS: ERROR: "return processed before requesting data"
The system does not realize the Return Disposition' is auto populated.
