Symptoms

On : 11.13.23.10.0 version, Analytics

Error when exporting OTBI report in Formatted excel

For exporting Service request messages using OTBI report based on "Service - CRM Service Request Messages Real Time", select Export > Formatted > Excel option.

Processing screen just sits and spins and never finishes. This is exporting less than 10 records so should not have a performance issue

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run report
2. Results tab > Export > Formatted > Excel > Throws error after about 15-30 mins
