Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When the user enters the position or business unit in lower case it does not show the result in Hire Employee screen
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The user should get result even the user is searching with small letters.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. My Client Group->Hire an employee
2. Search for Legal Employer, Business Unit with all small letters. Nothing is displayed.
