Contracts Signed Thru Adobe Sign Electronic Signature Remain in Pending Signature Status (Doc ID 3027289.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.13.24.04.0 version

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When contracts are signed thru Adobe Sign electronic signature, they remain in pending signature, even after running the 'Track Electronic Signature Status' ESS Scheduled Process job.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Contracts should change to 'Active' status after completing the electronic signature with Adobe Sign.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Contracts are submitted to Adobe Sign for electronic signature.

2. Contracts status changes to Pending Signature.

3. Contract is electronic signed with Adobe Sign.

4. Observe the contracts remaining in Pending Signature after completing the electronic signature.

5. Run the ESS Scheduled Process job 'Track Electronic Signature Status' and observe the contracts still remaining in Pending Signature status.
