Symptoms

Importing a Project XML file runs for three plus hours and ultimately fails.

This message is found in the server log file:

com.primavera.integration.client.xml.xmlimporter.XMLImporterException: The session (id=xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx) is invalid or has timed out.

Additional errors may include:

Caused by: com.primavera.integration.server.ServerSessionNotFoundException

com.primavera.guiservices.impexp.ImportExportServiceImpl info java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: Java heap space
