Error Creating a Security List when Deploying WebCenter Portal on Marketplace (Doc ID 3027397.1)

Symptoms

Installing WebCenter Portal on Marketplace fails with the following error:

ERROR

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Install WebCenter Portal from Marketplace.
     
  2. Notice that the job for the stack shows State Failed.

  3. Reviewing the job log shows the above error.
