ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Promotion Search Results do not filter properly when the offer type is transaction simple discount

When the user defines the offer type search criteria as "transaction simple discount" the results include "simple discount".


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The "transaction simple discount" filter should return only offers of that type.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. login RPCS
2. open the promotion search screen
3. set the offer type to "simple discount"
4. take note of the search results
5. set the offer type to "transaction simple discount"
6. take note of the search results - included are results for both "transaction simple discount" and "simple discount"
Tested by creating a new 'transaction simple discount' which appears only on the 'transaction simple discount' search, but the 'transaction simple discount' search also includes all 'simple discount' results.
