Symptoms
PROBLEM
The following error message received when attempting to configure LinkedIn Recruiter System Connect for the first time or trying to request a new set of credentials,
An Oracle Recruiting Cloud user can't be mapped to more than 1 LinkedIn Recruiter seat. (IRC-1590533)
Steps
- Navigate to Setup and Maintenance> Category Provisioning and Configuration > Profile Import
- Click Profile Import Partners Edit button
- Navigate to LinkedIn Recruiter System Connect Contracts section
- Click 3 dots > Map users
- Click Request Recruiter Seats button
- Error received
