Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Lease Business Process (BP) records that were about to end did not generate the appropriate Payment Request BP record.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
When the Lease BP record reaches the end of its schedule, a Payment Request BP record should be auto created.
