UDA Print Setup For Ticket Is Not Crating The Ticket (Doc ID 3027687.1)

Symptoms

The value of an UDA for an item was changed, so when running the batch to generate the ticket, the ticket should have been created. But it is wasn't.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Edit/update an UDA value in RMFCS.
2. DCS message is reaching SIOCS.
3. Run Auto Ticket Generate.
4. No ticket is created in TICKET_EVENT.
