On : 24.A.17 version, Configuration

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Cannot update Translation Name for 'Non-working reasons'

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Once new translation is added and user hits "Update", translation should be saved.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to OFS
2. Go to Configuration > Calendars
3. Click "Non-working reasons"
4. Edit any non-working reasons
5. For "German" type a new translation
6. Click Update. Nothing happens.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot add translation for German for non-working reasons.
