Goal

Oracle Mobile doesn't allow us to create ad-hoc counts. When we try to add a new tag for a count, the screen doesn't allow us to select the subinventory and the locator. Additionally, you can only enter counts if you have pending counts to be counted. If you don't have a pending count, the select list doesn't show your cycle count name to you.
