Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

Users are unable to select the Preventive Maintenance program name in the Standard Coverage setup.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
User expects to be able to add the Preventive Maintenance program name is to coverage.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Subscriptions Management.
2. Select Subscription Configuration.
3. Click on Standard Coverage.
4. Select a Standard Coverage.
5. Click the Preventive Maintenance tab (left hand side menu).
6. Select Program Name search.
7. Search for a Program Code.
8. Observe that no Program Code and Program Name is available.
