Symptoms
On : 24.04.3 version, Application Development (Visual Builder/Designer)
When attempting to invoke a Service Connection to OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud) Gen3 from Visual Builder,
the following error occurs in the HAR (HTTP Archive) File:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Invoke a Service Connection to OIC Gen3 Endpoint in Visual Builder.
2. Error is received.
Changes
Migration from OIC Gen2 to OIC Gen3 can trigger this issue. If you recently migrated and the same endpoint URL was working in Gen2, this document may apply to you.
