Statement of Direction

Oracle Sales Cloud’s cross-industry capabilities have matured such that the vertical add-ons created and deployed as CSM installation packages are largely redundant to capabilities offered by the out-of-the-box horizontal product. We are therefore assigning “End of Life” status to the below four products:

• B81521 - Oracle Fusion Sales and Service for High Tech and Manufacturing Cloud Service
• B81522 - Oracle Fusion Sales and Service for Financial Services Cloud Service
• B81523 - Oracle Fusion Sales and Service for Communications Cloud Service
• B81524 - Oracle Fusion Sales and Service for Consumer Goods Cloud Service

These four products were developed as vertical add-ons to Oracle Sales Cloud, deployable as an overlay extension pack for Oracle Sales Cloud implementations. These add-ons are no longer being actively developed and vertical support will end at the Fusion 25A release (end support date April 30, 2025 ). This does not impact any other Oracle Sales Cloud licenses you may hold, and the functionality will remain in existing deployed customer implementations for continued use as Site level configurations. As such, they will be eligible for standard Oracle Fusion Support for customer Site level configurations.
