Validation Does Not Appear On 'Amount Off' Clearance Using Multiple Zones (Doc ID 3028239.1)

Goal

It is possible to create an Amount Off Clearance at Item/Zone Level using multiple Zones/ multiple currencies, instead of inserting the zones on Quick Create Screen they were added through Clearance Group screen without any error message being displayed.
If multiple zones are added on Quick Create screen, the expected preventing error message is displayed saying: 'Invalid Change Type Selected for locations that cross currencies. Select Change by Percent or Reset POS Price'.
