OCI Logging Analytics: VCN Flow Logs Dashboard Is Not Showing Up Any Data

Symptoms
Configured ingestion of Virtual Cloud Network Logs using steps outlined in below document

Still VCN Flow Logs Dashboard is not showing up any data.
Using out-of-box source "OCI VCN Flow Unified Schema Logs" and out-of-box dashboard "VCN Flow Logs"
Queries used for widgets in this dashboard uses 'Entity Type' = 'OCI VCN Virtual Network Interface Card' condition (along with "Log Source" type condition)
Entities are not created for these logs by service connector so 'Entity Type' is not getting populated for these logs, so this dashboard is not showing any data for any of widgets
