'Consolidation Journals' Application Roles Were Automatically Reassigned to All Users (Doc ID 3028326.1)

Goal

After intentionally removing the 'Consolidation Journals' Application Roles from all users in the Application and making sure none of the users had these roles directly applied to their profile through a provision report, post a monthly Patching on the instance, the system seems to have reassigned all users within the application to various "Consolidation Journals" application roles based on their predefined roles (User, VIEWER, POWER_USER, Admin).

These journal roles were initially introduced back in July 2023. Why are these re-assigned to users from whom they were removed?
